| I bought this arm band to use with my Apple Nike + iPod Sport Kit for iPod nano 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, iPod touch 1G, 2G and iPhone 3GS, which connects directly to the sensor without using the included receiver. The plastic cover is sewn into the armband on the inside of the pouch, unlike some cheaper models that are glued on, so it will not come loose over time. And because the plastic cover is clear from top to bottom, you can turn the iPhone right side up or upside down and still see every bit of the touch screen - however - if you are using wired headphones, the pre-cut hole for the headphone jack is in the top of the armband. I use the wireless bluetooth Altec Lansing 906/R US BackBeat Headphone with Dongle, which also connect directly to the iPhone for wireless music and phone usage, so I can turn the iPhone either way in the armband - there are no wires coming out of it while I'm wearing it!
The entire armband is made of neoprene and the strap is soft and wide, so it doesn't feel like it is cutting into your arm. The strap also has soft velcro along the entire length of it, so the armband will accommodate both large and small arms well. The wire wrap does pop out if you have wireless headphones and don't want to use it, but it really doesn't bother me, so I just left it in. The plastic cover is protective, but thin enough that the touch screen can still sense your finger through it. One of my biggest concerns was whether or not my iPhone would fit inside the armband with it's protective hard case on, or if I would have to take it off before inserting it into the pouch, which is done through an overlapped slot in the neoprene at the top on the inside of the armband. I have the Richard Solo hardcase that came with the RichardSolo 1800 for iPhone - External battery pack + power adapter Li-Ion 1800 mAh, and I also have the Zagg invisibleSHIELD for the Apple iPhone 3G (Front) on the screen of my iPhone. I did not have to take the case off - it fits snugly into the pouch with the case on! I do have to be careful when removing the iPhone from the armband, as the Zagg film can stick a little to the plastic cover on the SportWrap, but it's not a big deal to gently pry them apart. I'm not sure how other protective cases and films will fit, but the two items I have work nicely. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I ran 5 miles last night with the SportWrap on. It didn't slip once, and I never had to readjust it, even after soaking it with sweat. I agree with other reviewers that the iPhone, in general, is large for wearing on your arm, but this armband is solid, comfortable, and I have no doubt that my phone is safe while wearing it. |

| Very solid, yet screen accessible arm band for the iPhone. I have iPhone 3GS and it fits perfectly. The little plastic tab on one side (for wrapping excess headphone cord) is designed to be removed easily if you don't want it or have bluetooth headphones. I have no fear of the iPhone falling out.
The strap is wide, so it doesn't cut into your arm, and all neoprene. Only bummer is that it kind of feels like a blood pressure cuff (this is my first arm band) - but I don't fault the design - I think anything strapped securely to your arm will feel that way. Works for large adult arms, looks like it will work on smaller arms also. It is too big for 80 lb kid's arms (my child was playing with it and tried it on). |

| Overall, fairly satisfied with the product. Compared to other armbands, this one is pretty secure, the iPhone is easy to slide in and out, you have extra room in the pocket to drop in a key, some cash or a credit card. It also fits the iPod touch very well.
On the flip side, the volume rocker is not only inaccessible, but if you touch the area there the volume rocker is, it is almost impossible to control what happens with the volume. Also, the head phone wrap is a bit stout and is not built to wrap the wire more than 2 or three times around. I think a better product could serve the same purpose (such as a belt clip), but for the purpose of an armband, this is one is fairly efficient. Hint when using it: strap the armband on upside down. It makes it a lot easier to navigate the iPhone/iPod touch when on the go. |

| The product quality is pretty good. Iphone slips in comfortably.
Pros : Iphone feels very secure. Touch screen still accessible (not very responsive though). Velcro is made of pretty good material Light weight. Cons (Minor): I have a silicone case and I have to remove it everytime I need to use the sportwrap. You have to use the touch screen to adjust the volume. The volume buttons are not accessible. Overall I love this product and happy that I made the right selection Update (March 2010): I recently bought [...]case-mate barely there case for iphone 3g for my iphone. Now I don't have trouble inserting/removing the iphone from the sportwrap with the case on. It has been a few months since, I bought this and no issues at all. I workout 5 days and week and it gives me a very secure feeling about my iphone every single time. |

| i see people in the gym wearing their ipod touch in their shorts and stuff like that. this band is perfect. its out of the way, and convienent to toggle your ipod when you need to. the velcro strap stays put and the pre-cut holes for the headphone jack are perfect. and if you have excess cord from your headphones, its easy to tuck the remainder in the back side and secure it in place. |
